This is my private island getaway, which I would like to share with you very special people, who need to escape from the hustle and bustle of your everyday lives and the busy world around you!  The magic of a tropical isle can be exclusively yours at my beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean-front villa, located on prestigious Pelican Key on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. 

The Villa is nestled in beautifully landscaped gardens of tropical plants and flowers. The only thing separating you and the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea is the large kidney-shaped fresh water swimming pool, and large multi-leveled patio, complete with tiki huts, tables and chaise lounges, where you can wile away the hours, basking in the sun, or snorkel the marine-life filled waters of the inviting Caribbean!

The Villa itself has its own private courtyard, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with full baths, and two private patios facing the western Caribbean for you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.  The master bedroom suite (upstairs) also has its own private patio, where you can relax and watch the stars and the awesome lit-up cruise ships sail silently by.

There are luxurious Italian ceramic tiled floors throughout the entire Villa and patios, a well appointed kitchen, 2 televisions with cable, VCR, Sound System, large propane BBQ, washer and dryer, and all the rooms are beautifully furnished.

Daily maid service is included in the quoted rates.

The Villa has a double futon sofa which can sleep an additional 2 persons, whereby allowing an occupancy of 6 persons, maximum.
